AMHERST — University of Massachusetts Police are investigating five reports from residents at two Orchard Hill dormitories about a man who has looked at and possibly recorded female students while showering.

A warning from UMass Amherst police has many students on edge. Last week, university police received five reports over the course of three days from students in Grayson Hall and Field Hall that claimed a man had been looking at female students while they showered.

Police at UMass Amherst are investigating five separate reports of a man spying on female students while they were showering.

Authorities say they received several reports of a Peeping Tom looking at female students while they shower over a three-day stretch.
