Tuscaloosa homicide investigation underway
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WIAT) — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit was dispatched to the scene of a homicide investigation Saturday night. According to Cpt. Marty Sellers of the TVCU, the investigation is occurring in the 2900 block of 17th Street in Tuscaloosa. Police have yet to provide more information.

Police are investigating a man's death at a Tuscaloosa apartment complex. It happened at Stillman Court Apartments in the 2900 block of 17th Street, according to the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit. Officers arrived after 9:30 p.m. Saturday and found the victim who lived in the apartment.
