The commanding officer of Naval Information Warfare Training Group San Diego has been reassigned, the second local change in two days.

Cmdr. Cayanne McFarlane was ousted from her leadership role due to a "loss of confidence in her ability to command."

Capt. Lester Brown, Jr. was relieved Wednesday of his duties as commanding officer for Navy Leadership and Ethics Command San Diego.
