Yesterday saw a surprise demo drop for Persona developer Atlus’s latest game, Metaphor: ReFantazio. The enormous fantasy RPG is due out October 11, but roughly six hours of the game are already available,

Metaphor: ReFantazio lets players name the protagonist along with the person who is leading the protagonist on their journey. These names don't have any direct impact on the game, giving players the freedom to use whatever names they want for either entity.

A free demo for Metaphor: ReFantazio, the new turn-based JRPG from the creators of Persona, is available now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Progress made in the demo will carry over to the full version of the game when it releases in October.
