A husband shot his wife outside Cessna Elementary School in Wichita, Kansas after dropping their two children off for class, police said.

Cessna Elementary School is on lockdown after a man allegedly shot his wife in the chest while they were dropping off kids Monday morning. A Sedgwick County deputy who was in the area quickly responded.
