TAMPA, Fla. — The city of Tampa and Hillsborough County are opening a half dozen comfort stations for those impacted by Hurricane Helene. The stations are set up in some of the hardest hit areas of the city and county, including Davis Islands, Town N’ Country, Apollo Beach, Ruskin and Riverview.
