Snow will continue over much of the area comprising Denver and the surrounding region through Wednesday evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). Snowfall is expected to be heaviest in a band along the I-76 south to Colorado Springs and Limon.

Temperatures fall into the teens and 20s across the plains overnight Wednesday, with the mountains likely falling into the single digits, according to Pinpoint Weather Team Meteorologist Liz McGiffin.
